- The product remains in original packaging

- Bulk commercial shipments

- Used salt lamps or opened consumable products
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photographs of the product and packaging
We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution where applicable.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong product was shipped
6. International Orders
